Inter District Transfers
The Armona Union Elementary School District accepts and processes Interdistrict Transfer Requests for students who reside outside the District boundaries and wish to attend an AUESD school as well as for students who reside within the District boundaries and wish to attend a school other than AUESD. Interdistrict transfers are subject to applicable California Education Code requirements, District policies, available space, and the District’s established transfer procedures.
Parents/guardians requesting an interdistrict transfer should complete the required application and submit in timely manner. Students requesting to attend AUESD for the first time (excluding TK/K) must submit an attendance and behavior report from the prior school along with the application. Approval from both the district of residence and AUESD is required before a student will be accepted and allowed to enroll in AUESD.
